The company was established in 1980 by the Cragg Brothers of Burnley as Colour Foil Printing Services. The company did foil printing on diaries, booklets, matches and calendars etc.  The business diversified over the years in the supply, and printing of promotional products for businesses around Lancashire. The company re branded to CFS Promotional Products. In 1998 the company was purchased by the SDL Group Ltd. Growth was immediate and CFS became Incentives-UK two years later and soon after became one of the largest promotional and incentives product suppliers in the UK. The main growth market for the products were in the brewery, automotive, hotel and leisure industries. Incentives-UK expanded out to include Merchandise Management for a fully online fulfilment service for larger customers.
